Picked this up today for £13 after seeing it has mostly positive reviews on steam now.

Never really enjoyed this more than the original and the expansions.

Haven't played this in ages might have to revisit and see how they have patched it.

I think since their last dlc its gotten better so I installed it again. Loved CoH 1 with the original Blitzkrieg mod.

Same here. My mate and I have invested thousands of hours over the years on COH1 BK. I couldn’t get on with COH2 and was part of the closed beta for 3 but couldn’t get on with that either.

Going to give this a go this week, after struggling to gert into it straight after launch, have they done anything with the camera angle? I remember it feeling really zoomed in, and saw others complain about it.

Unless something has radically changed [which it may have done since I also hadn't played it since launch] I think this has basically been the same since the first Company of Heroes AKA its a design choice. I mean you can change your camera angle but you can't zoom out. Basically you need to get used to it and use the minimap.

For me, COH has been less enjoyable with each release. COH 1 is still one of my all time favourite games, COH 2 was decent enough but nothing to write home about. Although I finished COH 3, from quite early on I found myself just trying to get to the end so I can say I finished it.

Depends on when you first played it, straight after release is a different kettle of fish to now.

Played it around autumn time last year, long after they were supposed to have sorted it out.

I played it after release and just didn't fall in love. I'm thinking of giving it another whirl. Is there anyone that fancies some evening team games? Or is there a discord community?
