I considered it, sure. But that RGB puke, no thanks.

I've gone for a bronze and black build. The Solid fits nicely in with that.

Edit - once my new desk arrives, happy to take pictures if any is that interested :)

I've never been one to be swayed by astetics on cards, but I took just put together a honking expensive desk (old-school oak office/computer desk with hutch) where the desktop sit below with the case window visible. Black and beige/bronze on the Zotac is right in the theme. An Easter egg kaleidoscope would just look odd.

I've not gone for a super expensive desk but the Antec Flux will sit nicely on it.

Oh, nice. As soon as the 5090 AIB web pages went live, I immediately looked at the dimensions and then sought to find the best full tower case. Just to be prepared. £170 seems pretty good value for the Flux Pro tbh. That and the NZXT C1500 are on the cards as soon as I buy a 5090.... With 4090 used prices remaining high, it is certainly tempting.
 
Just wondered if anyone else has received the below from the barcode place after cancelling their pre-order:

“As a gesture of goodwill in light of the problems you had, we’d like to offer you a free standard UK carriage if you are able to come back to us again. Sounds like they know they’ve *****d up the pre-orders and are trying to restore the faith in their brand.

The fact you have to pay delivery on anything over £2k is a joke, full stop.

Not me. I pre-ordered on 31 January and cancelled on 15 March, after getting a card elsewhere, checking it worked and checking it had its ROPs.
