9800X3D RAM buying guide by Buildzoid

Received my replacement RAM today so back up to speed.

G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo EXPO RGB 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5 PC5-48000C30 6000MHz Dual Channel Kit

Following on the tweaks outlined in the video I've managed to get to the following. I'm seeing latency lower than mine in this thread. Anywhere I need to tweak?

Edit, managed to reduce them further. Dropping tRFC1/2 below 350 results in instability.

So my only issue with memory latency is based on Buildzoids point that working out memory latency varies from run to run and the real world performance difference isn’t too dependent on that figure.

I wish I could remember the video he spoke about it but his videos are often rambly and cover a lot of topics so I tend to work with one in the background and note any important points.

If you do 10 consecutive tests of memory latency, what is the average figure you get over those tests? Ie add the figures all together and divide by 10.

I'm pretty sure that's the kit I've got running with my 7800x3d and it works fine.

Thanks, does the fact it's not flagged as expo mean anything? Does it mean I'd have to set the timings manually?

It looks like that kit doesn't support EXPO as it's not mentioned on the Corsair site either, you'd need to get this one instead.
