I'm going for 7 years out on tag in 3.5 years and £10,000 fine. But I see one is having a mental health report. So for him 6 years and £10,000 fine.

Jesus this is embarrassing, from start to finish...

All the while companies pretending they're doing people a service get away with chopping down trees that are 'unsafe' and barely anyone cares.

Had a councillor round here not long ago complaining because some trees and hedge rows were getting blocked up with building site waste affecting the wildlife. Meanwhile the council were allowing trees, hedges and habitat to be chopped down to make way for a new college at the same time.

Given they have both been remanded in custody I will be very surprised if they don't get prison time, I would have thought the only thing that could prevent it would be a mental health assessment. I'm not expecting anything like ten years but I will be stunned if either of them walk free from court with a suspended sentence etc.
