Lits network is now CityFibre, it’s an ONT swap but it’s not a new fibre to install.
Worth also mentioning what the contract lengths are - beware getting tied into stupidly long contracts with any providers!I spoke to Lit Fibre, no other deals available but the ones that were offered in the e-mail.
So started looking round
Rocket Fibre £28 per month 1GB which is on the CityFibre network, with a Amazon Eero 6 Router. Trustpilot's score 4.1 but only 273 reviews

Toob, has better support open times 7 days a week, Rocket only 6 days no Sunday.
Both offer Static IP Toob £8 per month, Rocket Fibre £4.99, I had no problems with CGNAT with Lit Fibre.
Toob Free installation, Rocket Fibre £19.98
Leading more towards Toob better support opening hours
You can get 1 month rolling contract for £37

Just a quick reminder, you’ve got one more week to return your Lit Fibre kit avoid any charges.
A quick look at the T&Cs shows:This is typical of what winds me up with Lit's correspondence.
Apart from the fact I didn't get an original email they are missing a 'to'. Nor does it say what kit? The router, the ONT, both? The City Fibre installer offered to take the ONT away, not knowing I was meant to return this might mean I no longer have it!
Shambles. Actually, just spoken to a friend who cancelled his Lit account a couple of months back and Lit didn't ask for anything to be returned.
Can someone explain to me why the Lit ONT wouldn't work for another City Fibre install? It's not as if they change the ONT when you swap from one OR provider to another... Seems a waste of time chnaging ONTs, in addition to the issues raised earlier with regards to different screw holes etcYou have no use for the old Lit ONT though, just throw it in with the router so you don't have to worry about getting rid of it yourself.
Due to leave this property anytime soon but my lit fibre contract ends on the 25th of this month, the rolling contract price is £64.99 or I can lock in for £42 a month for 2 years.
It’s annoying because I could be in this house for another month or 3.
I have started the process of moving to toob today with the one call switch process. I had a e-mail from Lit Fibre confirming the switch to toob and asking for the equipment to be sent back when my contract ends.
toob will be sending out a new router, but customer support needs to speak with CityFibre about a engineer fitting a new ONT box onto the line or getting one sent.
