I’ve got an amFilm protector from Amazon. £6 for two including a frame to help fitting.
I was an idiot and bought two at the time not realising they were a 2 pack and now have 3 spare.
The one on my switch 1 is original from release day

Someone one here posted a link when they were 50% off, so it was £4. Comes with a plastic guide for fitting it. Not as sophisticated as a Speigen one (I put one of them on a phone every year, and their fitting system is A1), but the £4 one worked fine.
I applied to the Switch 2 before touching it, so it was basically a case of putting the guide on, peeling back the screen protector, and dropping it on the Switch,

Yeah looks like almost all the discount codes ended on launch day. Still a great price though for the protection these things offer.

I prefer the feel of the glass protector over the default glass/screen on most devices.
Just a heads up for anyone still trying to get hold of one. My son decided he wanted one after he got home from work last night and had a go on Mario Kart but they were showing out of stock everywhere online. I've just walked into Smyths and picked up an MKW bundle, even though they are showing as OOS online. Guy behind the desk said they've still got quite a few in most shops, so worth a go.

It will transfer them in name only then start downloading them. I just cancelled the ones I didn’t want to install. My whole digital library came across.

Ok, just checked online for any that want to know:
Costco extends the manufacturer's warranty on various electronics, including consoles, to two years from the date of purchase if the original warranty is less than two years.

So that means no extra warranty for the switch then since it already comes with two years.

You can rename them in the hub if that's what you mean?
Me although my monitor is ultrawide 3440x1440, that’s connecting via HDMI.
I only get 1080p or 4K resolution options. 1440p is greyed out.
No option for 1440p on my 4k TV. It's a res that I'd been able to use when previously connecting my TV, so it is supported.
