Alienware announces the AW2725DF and AW3225QF (worlds first 4k 240hz and worlds first 1440p 360hz QD-OLED monitors - launches January 2024)

The latest KB5058499 update is available to all Windows 11 users right now if you’ve enabled the “get the latest updates as soon as they’re available” option in Windows Update. Once it’s installed, you can now toggle the ability to stream HDR video option even when HDR is disabled in Windows, allowing you to view HDR content from apps like Netflix or websites like YouTube without having to enable HDR throughout Windows.

Good news:

I have gone back to Ultrawide, while i loved my AW32 for all i'ts 4k goodness i always felt like there was something missing.

Now running a LG 39GS95QE and yes PPI is very noticeable but for gaming is so much more immersive.

Same issue on my machine, tried it connected to different USB ports on my board and wont get past initializing. Do you need the alienware drivers installed as I have them blocked?
Tried with those as well, same issue so uninstalled and blocked again

I've tried doing the update on my laptop as well and same issue just sticks on initializing forever.

Update - finally worked for no apparent reason after I plugged the USB back into my desktop PC.

I powered it down for a minute and tried again, updating as I type
