Did anyone see that the womens Swiss national team lost 7 - 1 to a boys U15 team
Thats not really a surprise. The US team got absolutely battered years ago by a similar age boys team and thats when they were the best in the world and the boys team were US based ie. not particularly special.
Womens football is fine when watched against other women but as soon as you want to see absolute quality it goes out of the window.
They won’t but they could do with cutting the women’s team out of welcome to Wrexham. It’s tedious and everyone can see it’s being forced, including their manager who started trying to imitate Parkinson with the swearing. Though he did resign at the end of the season so maybe things will improve.
To be honest, the show overall has dropped off a bit and it will lose the magic it had in the first few seasons.
