I didn't try many, I scooped it last year for half price in the clearance of ECE 22.05.
What was your usage like for the resin to melt? I ride occasionally as in once in 2-3 weeks and in fair weather.
Primarily track days and summer riding. I never used it in cold weather. It melted during the 2022 heatwave in July.

I have some pictures of it somewhere. The resin would start to bubble and eventually burst, leaving just the carbon fibre shell behind. SBS sent it back to HJC and it was a manufacturing defect.

Very strange, will keep an eye on it. I probably won't ride in temps above 27ish, let alone in heatwave. This is a bit weird for me to say when I come from a warmer country lol. :D

Nope, far off. I am from India and have been living in UK since early 2018. My job got me here. :)

INDIAN!!!!

You guys make some amazing bikes :p

One of my favourite biker channels is an Indian chap. He really goes balls-deep in his research and presents his findings in a very knowledgeable way. Give him a sub if you fancy:

Will check it out mate. I follow Sagar Sheldekar, but his content feels repetitive. An excellent rider though and California Superbike School qualified journo.

What's warranty with second hand bikes, through a dealer? One is saying 30 days, but I heard it's 3 months by law?
Same as cars. Good luck basically. Legally you are covered by the CRA2015 at minimum but as I found out recently even big name dealers still make it painful to sort broken vehicles if they're bell***s

You have your 'Statutory rights' for 3 months, but what that includes I have no idea, you'd have to prove it wasn't fit for sale or as advertised, claiming something broke after 2 months would probably be more tricky, some dealers will offer their own warranty though but not all, but again will vary from dealer to dealer what is covered.

Boight helmet hjc i9l

Good for specs as the visor isn't too close to specs
Tried another one forget the model but went you flip it down the visors touches my specs

They had some leathers, £250 for jacket and trousers. Seemed decent but no pouch for back armour. Not that I plan to skid along the ground on my back.

I recall my glasses steamed up during CBT last time, I think I opened up the visor a bit, any tips to stop that in the future, even with the visor fully down etc? Unless I get contacts

Pinlock insert. No more foggy lenses!

This is the one I tried out @£250 not bad for the set. They had some additional armour on the forearm. No pouch for back armour though.

Also tried RST leathers, those felt thicker leather, and I think they had removeable jacket liner . But the jacket alone is £250!
