——The Official Battlefield 6 Thread——

I've heard it was they were the most complete / polished maps. I just don't understand the logic behind prioritising small maps which most BF players wouldn't like.
 
It's basically Battlefield for angsty teens, like that guy in vid says. I'm too mature for this ****. And the helicopters and jets are kindergarten focused lol. Leaving this one to the kids unless a miracle happens between now and release.
 
Ive just been saying to people its not a bad game, just a bad battlefield game.

If you called it this game anything else then fair enough, but the gameplay doesnt really reflect the franchise in my opinion.

I'll keep an eye on this after release but if these maps/gameplay are a reflection of the full final product then ill pass. I know its a "beta" but the game is 95% completed. Just like all betas.

Too used to playing slow FPS titles instead of this?

Also, to those saying the movement is COD. You clearly haven't played COD in a long long time.

Cant speak for everyone but I'm doing ok , not getting smoked as you put it. I'm not high on the scoreboard but not low either, I play exclusively as a medic though so my focus is generally on reviving rather than killing anyway.

As some others have said, its an ok game but just "ok", nothing more. Its not the best BF game (or even one of the better ones, which are imo BF1942, BFBC2, BF3 and BF4) but its not the worst either...its just middle of the road.

I'm definitely more used (now) to slower paced shooters, like Tarkov, HLL, Hunt Showdown, Arc Raiders etc, so I do have recency bias of preferring a more thoughtful, tactical approach to gunfights than running and gunning.

In summary, I find BF6 to be alright..just alright, a 6 or 7 out of 10 game.
 
I’ve played 7 days hours wise of cod as prestige 5, movement in this is not remotely same.

Blops6 has players diving into summer salts and spider man swings to u turn and shoot like there limbs are detachable this does not
 
Just had a few more games. The ol' Battlefield skills are coming back after all these years, absolutely smashing everyone :cry: :cry: :cry:

Feels like BF3/4 all over again.

Don't understand how anyone can say it's like COD - have you even played COD recently?
