I remember when they came out, everyone saying the front looks like it has brewers droop :D

Lovely looking bike though, aged really well, and the swing arm always looked ace imo

I ordered a pair from Ali X as well, to give it a go... but they are not leather as advertised and I doubt they are geniune.. even that it had the:

I'm sending it back, I would keep them if they were leather, but it is probably polyester, I wouldn't trust them in a crash... they are very comfortable tho

@haaammit that looks bloody lovely. I'd be binning the rim tape instantly though, it doesn't gel with the bike at all. The green braided hoses would also be getting sleeved in orange.

You got any plans for it?
 
I agree - the rim tape is going. Not keen at all. I quite like the green braided hose though, just a sprinkling of colour. We'll see.

First things: Oil and Filter, air filter and probably plugs.
Change brake fluid.
I need to get the suspension dialled in for me
Lose the billboard of a rear plate
I also want to find a good ecu tuner to see what map is in there. Carbs I can work with - this new fangled fuel injection is beyond me lol!
Get a quad lock phone-mount and charger (probably a wireless one - I get through usb leads like they're going out of fashion on the 9)

Other than that - just gonna ride her. Didn't get the one from SBF in the end - this was a local to me guy, which suited me much better. Initial thoughts are......**** me! Very quick, and wants to be pushed hard into the corners. Imma enjoy riding her for sure!!
