He won that appeal too, representing himself.
I thought he died a few years back? At least there were reports of it
I went to meet a bird in Slough in 2000 after a job interview, didn't get the job, and then I had Purple Aki (didn't know who he was back then) feeling my muscles and getting me to go into the library with him when I was waiting for her, after that I got stood up by the girl and missed my last train back on the trip back up north. Not the best day of my life.
He did actually come across as friendly yet not respecting boundaries.
Scene: A quiet, echoing university library.
The air smells of aging paper and whispered secrets. Under the dim glow of the reading lamps, there’s a subtle tension—a shift in the usual stillness. That’s when he walks in.
Aki. Purple Aki. Towering and broad-shouldered, clad in a too-tight tracksuit that squeaks faintly with every move, he moves with the deliberate grace of a man who knows exactly how much space he takes up… and doesn’t mind taking a little more.
He scans the room. His eyes, sharp and calculating, lock onto his date—nervously tucked behind a stack of anatomy textbooks. Fitting.
He approaches with a grin—equal parts charm and menace.
“Thought we could go somewhere quiet,” he rumbles, voice low and thick like syrup. “Somewhere... educational.”
He sits across from them, elbows on the table, fingers interlaced. The table creaks under the weight of his arms. With exaggerated care, he reaches for a book.
Title: Human Physiology: The Muscular System
He opens it, slow and deliberate.
“You know,” he says, “I’ve always been fascinated by muscle definition. Form. Structure. Discipline.” He pauses. “How much do you bench?”
The library grows quieter still.
Somewhere, a librarian peeks over her glasses, senses tingling. But says nothing.
He smiles again. “Maybe after this, we can check out the fitness section... together.”
