I've been having a rough time with it, and BL4 specifically ( the whole point of the latest driver, along with the new Dying Light game ). I've identified that frame gen is the culprit - thankfully in some titles, like FH5, I can get good performance without it. I'm tempted to roll back to the previous driver ... reading comments elsewhere many people have done the same and had better luck, even with new titles like BL4.
Depends on what you're doing. If you take photos ( with RT on ) in races then the risk of triggering a crash is increased. People have identified a programming / driver issue that causes a memory leak. Frame gen also appears to have an issue but I can easily get stable 120fps without it on so I just keep it switched off now.
With latest driver I was getting it with RT on full stop. No further crashes now that FG is switched off.
Totally. I'm half tempted to reinstall my 4090 that I haven't sold on yet.It's the 5090's fault then, the 5 series is cursed!
