Does it now retain its settings.? It didn't used to at one point, after it took a long time going through the process.

Are there any decent Nvidia drivers yet? I'm using a 4060Ti so have been using the 566.36 drivers for a while now, but some video encoders now require newer drivers because they're using newer versions of NVEnc.

Is it worth using? How much % improvement are we talking? I imagine it isn't much.

Probably not, given the most effective way is nornally to apply a voltage curve undervolt.

it mainly does voltage curve undervolt, then looks at clock speed for vram
I usually let it do it's thing, then back the curve off off slightly for stability
