Biggest ever comebacks have been the Miracle in Medinah and the battle of Brookline both of those were 10-6.

11 1/2 - 4 1/2 and Europe only need 14 to retain…..

Some of the behaviour from USA fans is disgusting.
Totally, but Europe used it to their advantage, kept them more determind and focued to shove it straight back down their throats by winning each session.

The only way USA can win now is if Trump sends in ICE to deport the European team

Usually I want the Ryder Cup to be close and a proper contest but watching Europe tearing it up and destroying this US team in front of the President is what the world needed.

Bryson back to looking like a **** as per.

Not followed particularly closely this time, nor previous few really, but is there a legit tactical reason the Americans set the course up with such soft greens and unpunishing rough?

Are their team generally bigger hitters but worse putters than the Europeans

The course just seems so easy.

This course is normally notoriously hard (has been in the majors they've held there anyway) so the PGA clearly decided neutering it was their best chance of winning...........turns out not so much!

USA mostly haven't holed the putts, hopefully it stays that way. Should be better viewing today as there will be 12 matches in play so not as long a gap between shots across the course. Last couple of days I've let it get about 30 minutes in or so before watching it from the start and fast forwarding through the adverts and Cantlay taking forever.

I assume they thought bomb and gouge would be the way to win but Europe isn’t exactly short of big hitters, plus to a man they’ve putted brilliantly. No point having a wedge to the green if you’re not making the putts.

Edit: case in point there, DeChambeau nearly drives the green but Fitz still sticks it just as close from the neutered rough.

Bloody hell, why are they wearing almost identical shirts. Although, maybe its so the Yanks are not quite so sure when to immediately boo. To be fair to them though they did seem to tone it down quite a bit for Rory's intro and tee shot.

Red cap though is a stand out.

Euro shirt today is far better than that horid brown colour.
