It is illegal for someone over 18 to have a sexual relationship or sexual activity with someone under 16, or under 18 if they are in a position of responsibility like a teacher or a sports coach.

The key issue I suspect for Charlies is that is the royal family is a head of a church, responsibility of the family, and demonstrating an abuse of position in the relationship - as an abuse of power, not following equality and ethics.

However in the US the age of consent varies - both in terms of age of consent but also, in some cases, the age gap between the two cannot exceed a set level: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Age_of_consent_in_the_United_States so it depends where randy Andy rogered his way out of prividge.

Not using and not having are two different things. When they let him be extradited to the USA to face questioning, then it can be said he is no longer privileged and not before!

Any possible criminal case has long long passed the statute of limitations. He could have course be sued in civil court but you can't be extradited for that.
 
limitations for that type of crime ? recent guy in uk locked up in his 90s

wasn't sure why asking his personal protection to check vg out wasn't OK - could be a stalker with a record, and you'd want PP to be on the ball

If you are being generous, which few ever are, he may have believed he was being blackmailed by the person he paid a large sum of money to.

Given she was posting a few months back about she was dying from a car crash in hospital that turned out to be all fake, how can anyone take her word on new allegations ?

BBC must be into this for click-bait - the accusations are the same as preceeding one in 2022 which they dont acknowledge/reference ,
and the wasted interviews this morning on r4 today about parliament rescinding the titles
(overshadowed chancellor having acknowledged ongong brexit cost at USA shindig)

BBC is still trying to cleanse it's soul after Saville.
