Games with mindless activities or grind.

I play Ship Graveyard Simulator 2 in this vein occasionally.

Euro Truck Simulator 2 as well, although it does sometimes result in me losing concentration and smashing into the central reservation...

For me it's partially because with kids around it's hard to play something without needing to leap off at any second, so something I don't need to pay much attention to works far better than a storyline I wind up missing most of.

Euro Truck Simulator 2 for the win, with truckers MP multiplayer mod for added madness.

I really loved Lightyear Frontier, found it randomly on game pass, it's a first person farming simulator and not my usual type of game.

Unhelpfully it's not on PlayStation yet, only Xbox and Steam, but remember the name in case it does eventually get ported. I had a real zen experience with this game.

Subnautica is another game I go back to often, I end up ignoring the story and focus on building and farming. It's a fab game in its own right but I love the base building especially.

Exploring inhospitable depths, battling the elements and grinding upgrades. Writing this has made me really want to fire it up again right now...

I'm surprised no one has mentioned factorio or satisfactory, or even Dyson sphere project yet. Turn off the enemies, and the game can become incredibly chill and rewarding without too much of your brain power required. Only brain power is required if you're wanting to make the perfect more efficient systems.
