Glad it's USA only. I'm not really that keen on the big tech companies getting their hands into the only sport I follow!

Edit: a bit more detailed in this article

Seems Apple got a steal as Sky are reckoned to be paying $250m per year for the 5 years to 2029.
For what territories though? I doubt the US audience is anywhere near as big as the Sky-covered European markets but I might be wrong. F1 in the US also has much more competition with other established sports, so it's less valuable.

No, as it's a web-based system which relies on JWTs, and they've only existed since 2010, and been prevalent for the last 10 years or so.

But role and claim authentication is their primary function, so whoever wrote the logic to validate them is a clown of the highest order.

Apparently the 'hackers' worked with the FIA to fix this vulnerability.

Full gas from the green flag - no saving tyres, no saving fuel, 100% commitment for the full thing.

Love the total chaos in the pits as well!!

Another cracker...

Comfortably the coolest series in the world imo, the chicane is GOAT tier a well, genuinely one of the best sights in motorsport seeing V8s go through it on the limit.

Mexico are trying to shift blame onto Lawson for the incident with the marshals. Pretty pathetic defence, tbh, even if it is true that Lawson slowed insufficiently there shouldn't have been marshals on track as he was approaching. It was a clear case of them failing to account for what all the drivers on track were doing and I'd be surprised if the stewards hadn't already looked at Lawson's speed to see if he slowed.
