Mexico are trying to shift blame onto Lawson for the incident with the marshals. Pretty pathetic defence, tbh, even if it is true that Lawson slowed insufficiently there shouldn't have been marshals on track as he was approaching. It was a clear case of them failing to account for what all the drivers on track were doing and I'd be surprised if the stewards hadn't already looked at Lawson's speed to see if he slowed.

Of course they are. It’s not his fault in any way. Those marshalls should have been anywhere near a live track, they need firing.

I don't put the blame on the marshals, I put the blame on the people who told them it was safe to enter the track and recover the debris at the moment without paying attention to the likelihood of Lawson pitting.

That’s pathetic from the Mexican officials. They’re literally there complaining he didn’t turn his wheel to avoid them? Crazy attitude to take, really showing their ineptitude with this and the stewarding nonsense that went on.
