**AMD 5700 X3D Owners CLub**

I'm the opposite, love a second hand bargain
im with this guy!

5700x3D update - I now have been using mine with a newly acquired 9070XT Hellhound for the last month or so. CPU seems to be a brilliant pairing at ultrawide and dont seem to be getting any bottlenecking :)

Can only assume my move to an X570 and giving it PCIE 4.0 has also helped over the X370 that died before it

I'm weird, I just dislike buying second hand computer parts even though there is probably nothing wrong with that lol.
Like I said in a previous post on another thread, My upgrade to AM5 cost me an additional £148 after selling my AM4 setup. That was using a second hand 9700X. Towards the last AM5 release, I'll likely upgrade to the best gaming processor going (Unless there is a deal kicking about that would be daft to miss out on)

I haven't really used marketplaces to sell stuff before, sounds like a complete nightmare with the possibility of people charging back? Also unsure how to even think about getting boxes to ship out the parts in lol. And also will anyone even buy a 5800x and am4 setup which has been used for nearly 5 years straight.

Members market is solid. I've never had an issue. Generally folk sell a bit cheaper to what they could make from the likes of auction sites as there is a lot less risk.
I think the fact you have to be on the forums for a substantial time and have 1000 posts under your belt, it deters a lot of chancers.

Plenty folk would buy that. The person I sold my 5800X3D setup sold his 5800X, mobo and ram locally within an hour. He drove a 4 hour round trip for my stuff.
