Asus ROG PG32UCDM - 4k OLED 240hz

Happy with your UCDM?
Very much so. My only complaints are that I feel like I'm disarming a nuke when I'm cleaning it, the proximity sensory basically doesn't work (I've disabled it), and small text isn't easy to read at 100% scaling (I'm a dev) but I'm delighted otherwise. All those issues are really inconsequential.
I came from a Dell 32" 4K 144Hz IPS and was worried that it wouldn't feel like much of an upgrade, but it's night & day and there's no going back.

If you ever feel like it wasn't £800 well spent, just go play Ghost of Tsushima or Cyberpunk with HDR on and give yourself permission to giggle with glee.

Thinking about pressing go on a Dell AW3225QF…. Really been impressed with my old AW screens but 6 years later prices seem a lot lower for an upgrade. Seems a very similar setup to this screen unless I’m mistaken?

Yep apart from this of course, I ordered the Dell now regardless ;)
The only thing with the dell monitor is i don't think it has an audio output for using a game console or Amazon Firestick etc with it.

Maybe someone in the dell thread has found a way around this.

Decided to go for the PG32UCDP, doesn't seem to be a thread for it so sorry :p Just personal preference to go for the more matte coating. Very pleased with it, these are end game monitors.. until they get burn in :) but hey by then the next one will be that much cheaper right, right?!

One feature that is really good is the proximity sensor, I may never turn the monitor off myself again, it just comes on when I sit at computer (may need to move mouse first to wake PC up etc).

I think the limiting factor is my own eyeballs now. I my go back to contacts for a bit just to see if it helps!

Edit: I disabled the proximity sensor coz it doesn't work very well when wearing a grey hoody apparently. But it works great when not wearing grey!
