I think my standard is too high, but so far they're very slow still waiting on an answer from Fridays question.
When I did need them, they needed to get Open Reach engineers involved as there was a break in the underground part of our FTTC connection, they were great. When changing from FTTC to FTTP, although the person who installed the ONT box was less than amiable to putting it where we wanted, they were good and prompt with their support and responses.
Their forums, again not used in a while, were pretty responsive when I had used them.
I have just checked, my contract having ten months left on my contract, I'll think about what to do next closer to summer.
If I did jump to BRSK that would be a new connection again, not an issue, yet unlike the FTTC or ADSL, where they shared aspects of the sane network.
