I have 1.5k hours in The Finals and have genuinely never experienced this bug... Embark have been insanely responsive about patching out bugs in The Finals, it's been a lovely experience compared to what we've experiened in the past with Dice and Battlefield or Activision with COD or Blizzard with OW2 - or even Respawn/EA with Apex.

in the blue gate map fairly near the olive patch I think there is a ladder down into an underground foxhole. it's dark and damp and mushrooms spawn there quite a lot.

You mean the candlesticks? If so, they're used for the new project thing. After that they're just spare change afaik.

no. thankfully I have found those. I had a Google and it turns out the burned out candles have no function so can just sell them.

The burnt out candles are new.
They were added with the recent patch, and at the moment are not used for anything except selling.

They are different from the candle holder which you'll need for the project, as Diddums said.

Best way to kill an arc surveyor guys? got my first quest to kill and loot one , will stun nades stun long enough for me to kill?

Just use a ferro and keep hitting it. It'll go down after approx 10 shots.

They are on all the maps maybe not stellar montis.

The blue laser pointing straight up is a dead giveaway.

Just keep shooting them they do go down but you need to use a ferro or anvil otherwise you'll burn through a lot of ammo.

You can actually hit it with your melee weapon as well.

I got some really good blueprints off surveyors.

Like most have already said, Ferro or Anvil. If you don't want a lot of chasing (they occasionally go out of bounds before you finish it off), wait for it to park up, lob a couple of Snapbacks right at it, let those go boom and finish it off with a couple of shots.

aye i second the anvil or ferro for them, the anvil is good for getting it over and done with, without drawing too much attention, while i have used ferros to take em out its a lot of chasing after them and increasing chances of other players jumping you which seemed to happen to me a lot
