No its pretty cool, on my Creality K2 combo, as long as you have two reels set the same material and colour (even if it isnt the same colour really) it will auto switch over when one runs out. Its a great way of finishing old rolls and not losing good prints mid way neither. I am genuinely surprised more on here aren't using Creality kit given how popular the ender series were too. The windows app as well as mobile and web interfaces are spot on too imho.Surely it just stops and prompts for a new reel?
Ams on Bambu does the same, but even if you "run out" it just stops and prompts you to load another reel. There is no requirement to have extra loaded to avoid a failed printNo its pretty cool, on my Creality K2 combo, as long as you have two reels set the same material and colour (even if it isnt the same colour really) it will auto switch over when one runs out. My K2 does the same but If I know Im near the end of a roll I can save time by having a second loaded and ready to go when the first runs out mid print.Ams on Bambu does the same, but even if you "run out" it just stops and prompts you to load another reel.
