Have you tried running one stick of memory - alternate sticks to rule them out (Use the DIMMA2 slot with both sticks)

I realise you have run memtest in the past but sometimes a physical test is needed.

Would having Xmp enabled be the issue, only happens when I go to restart will just say restarting icon spinning maybe 8minutes will crash also notice the mouse lags and goes slow.. Maybe changing ram back to 2993 or something will help?

Ddu restarting hangs which leads to that error and mouse is real slow.
Ideally you need to eliminate one possible cause at a time - or erase/uninstall all (metaphorically for now) and slowly reapply.

Did the errors begin again with the new GFX card or have you had similar errors on and off even when it was running smoothly (by your standards)?

Additional: What BIOS are you using?

In the mean time i would default to 2933 and if you continue getting errors alternate the sticks.

I would also test your SSD using the tool supplied by your brand - they use SSD ToolBox.

If you have ryzen 5 3600 what would be next upgrade to? Keeping my 5700XT but was thinking maybe upgrade CPU or Mobo maybe if had to?
No need to upgrade your motherboard - you have one of the best B450s out there and a MSI promise for 5000 compatibility in January (new BIOS release).

Plus, i wouldn't even look at upgrading the CPU until next year at the earliest - let stock/prices settle (unless you have a game that's CPU/core intensive) as the 3600 is still a great gaming CPU.

Thanks @Plec not planning nothing as of yet, but if see decent price on something I'll consider going down that road just didn't want to run into compatibley issues.

I've been checking everything lol i know the game is terrible optimised lol.. I'll check again, but I'll be loooking either a 6700XT or 6800XT down the line.. Is my mobo still significant if i upgrade CPU, don't want to overkill..

I Bought new 170hz IPS 1440p monitor. Warzone fps dips driving me crazy.

If you go to 13min30 you see 10 game av, showing not only the 12600k, but 5600X/5800x along with your 3600. Remember they running this with a 6900XT too at 1080p, ultra settings, only 6fps difference between a 5600x and 5800x. At 1440p that will shrink, and lower card will shrink further.

below is warzone with diff cpu with 3090...3600 is 129fps, 5600x is 164 fps, 5800X is 172fps

finally, warzone supports dlss..below someone using 5800X with a RTX 2070...standard(no dlss on) 95fps,dlss on...quality 126fps, balanced 135fps, performance 142fps to ultra performance 158fps..so maybe worth nvidia gpu this time
