So Sorry to hear
I lost mine 13 years ago
I know its a cliche but time does help with the pain of it
Doesn't stop the pain but makes it a bit easier
Don't blame yourself, dealing with the pain of the loss is terrible don't add guilt on top of it, you'll never know if she caught it from you or not
Even if she did it was totally unintentionally, there's no way on earth you mum would have wanted you carrying guilt mate
And **** all that real men don't cry ****
If you need to cry you damn well do it
Crying and talking to people are the 2 best things you can do, going by my own
Experience
Plenty people in here will talk to you if you need it
In between crying think of something special about your mum and have a smile
Keep strong and carry on even though it hurts, that's what your mum would have wanted
Best wishes to you in such a hard time
