So Holden DID disarm the torpedo to spare naomi and filip :( flimsy and weak writing.

I enjoyed the episode, but considering nothing much happened and there are only 2 left - bit of a wasted episode!

Disagree, totally in keeping with his character. Holden is a bit like Jon Snow, he'll always do what he thinks is right, regardless if it's not necessarily the best course of action. There's no way he'd be able to watch on while someone executes Filip while he's helpless. If the Pella was fighting back then sure, he'd have let it hit. But no way with it belly up.

As frustrating as Jim's actions are, it's absolutely in line with the character we've come to know over the years. One of the things that that make the show stand out is characters act realistically, not doing random acts to push the story on.

I get he is a stand up type of guy - but c'mon, that is taking it to the very extreme. We are talking stopping a war that is going on across several planets and through space itself. That's a helluva stretch!

The debate is interesting but it never happened in the books, so at best it was a plot device introduced by the screen(re)writers to generate a couple of scenes on the Roci and elsewhere.

Ah ok, haven't read the books.

Still a very large stretch, it's like Seal Team 6 not taking the shot on Bin Laden, not capturing him either, just letting him get away.

Would have made more sense if he had been asked to take him alive and maybe fired a tracker - but to not end it for the sake of 1 person was again, a stretch.

Like every other season im loving it still, really enjoyed the episodes we have got so far. Ill be doing a rewatch no doubt once its over.

Regarding Holden's action they make sense due to how his character is and has been since episode one.

Agreed, Amos, Drummer and Calisto are brilliantly acted and characterised. That entire scene with Drummer giving the broadcast was brilliant, some of the best I am so ****ed acting ever on TV top stuff.
