The vast majority of my gaming will likely be console until the end of next year, so i'm literally just looking for the cheapest card to let me run 4k60 windows until then when I'll probably go for a completely new build

To be honest, streaming wise it’ll likely just be audio, I can use my consoles for video or my other TV, literally just a barebones card that’ll run windows and other basic stuff for the time being, I’ll search some suggestions, I’m running a 2600 cpu so no integrated graphics sadly

I tried that a few months back and ironically ran into the same issue as I’m facing now.

Of course it's another issues with windows 11 thread! I've converted my main win 10 boot drive to GPT using 3rd party software, but when I boot to windows after changing to UEFI in my bios it's throwing an I/O error with a .efi file. Anyone in the know as to how i can get it booting again...
