30's is quite possible Nikaz, to be honest with you if i combine my all three best sector times my best lap would have been into mid 1:30's but getting everything togather for a whole lap with this car is very difficult.
 
Bit of info circulating about another DLC available sometime this Feb which will include 10 Ferrari's, a Brand New Ferrari Tier in Career mode & additional endurance races. No new tracks though... bummer.

Some of the ten Ferrari's mentioned;

FXX
California
F430 + variants
F50 GT

Can't wait for this. Ready for season 3 with a bit of luck.

No official word from EA at the moment

Thanks for heads up Nikaz, this update will be ideal for season 3 with 10 new cars.
 
I think this is the best I'm going to do. Not for lack of trying.
I won't have much time tomorrow either.
Frustating thing is, I'm running the track much better now since my latest laptime, yet can't even get below 1:35 anymore. :mad:

Just got back from the pub, I had decided I wasn't going to play again this week, but what the hell, I'm going to give it another chance. I'm usually better with a skinful and I don't like sitting in sixth position as I am at the minute :eek:

Well that was actually quite fun, in a 'sway all over the road desperately trying to keep control' kind of way. Bit of a more respectable time for this week anyway. Roll on next week!

YES! In the 1:33's. The hard work paid off. Finally! Cheers Nikaz, it's been a fun and very tough workout all week and I think I'm a better driver for it and thanks to danswan for telling me not to quit :cool:

Thanks dan. I couldn't have got anywhere near it without nikaz' video to show me how, and also, taking traction and stability off made a huge difference. Although I have to say, I added back just low traction in the end and that got me my fastest laptime. I've had a few more goes since to see if I can push into 4th place, but it's no go, I have to quit this one now. Looking forward to the next combo.:)
 
I've received the Week 10 nomination from Nem so we're good to go @ 6.00pm.
Just in case an option car is ready too. Can't have three dodgy cars on the trot though surely?
