Join the aforementioned rc site and browse the for sale section.....there's a lovely 8ight B 2.0 for sale in there at the moment.http://www.horizonhobby.co.uk/autoo...s/j27rtrkitPages/j27_8ight_2/j27_8ight_2.html
This looks great.
All new to me though. Any tips where to start, what to buy and where to race these things?

a whole load of '80's Tamiya stuff
Don't they pretty much last forever?
Those parts are a damn site chunkier than nitro and electric cars. Shame about the price tags.![]()
Oh tell me you have a Tamiya Wild One? Or a Lunch Box?
I always wanted one of them.
Wow !! some fantastic models there. I used to have a Tamiya Sand Sorcher, Subaru Brat and Kyosho Beetle in the mid 80's, they were great fun but i wouldn't get into it nowadays as it is a bit costly for me what with now having a real car to run
Going to head to Youtube now and check out some old vids for a trip down memory lane![]()
