Thanks inam. It's funny, I was about to rage quit, gave it one last go, and then out of the blue I got a new personal best.With any luck, I might still see the podium. All depends on danswan.
You have got really good chance of finishing on the podium this week, danswan normally doesn't get much time on Saturday to play the game.
Inam's right, that's me done for this week, well done mate. Unless someone else comes up with a time to beat you that's at least third, I still expect Nick to post another fast time so don't rest on your laurels!

Great times all, especially Merlin, although I haven't played today I managed quite a few more laps this week than I've managed recently and I know how hard hitting these times are.
When Wedge updates the site I expect we will see Inam pulling clear in 2nd too, much deserved after some great times the past couple of weeks.

I've made a selection but no AWD I'm afraid. FWD though.
To be honest I only tested a few combo's for about half hour so if the general feeling is to make a change I'm more than happy to oblige.
Merlin mate, well done. Like Dan & Inam have said, to consistently maintain a couple tenths gap between the top three is truly outstanding. To top it of you've even managed a well deserved podium. You've come along way since last season. Most people would have packed it in, but no not you. You persevered & got your reward. Very Well Done!!

Yay! I finally did it, got podium!!! Didn't want to post any words again till after 6pm in case it was bad luck for me (superstitious). I was worried mercyless or someone would come up with a beating laptime at the 11th hour. Thanks Nikaz for your words of encouragement, indeed, perseverance is the key. Had I not got 3rd today, I was seriously thinking of packing it in, but this has kept me inspired now. Likewise thanks inam, and thanks dan for not having time to play today, I suspect I would have been down to 4th otherwise lol

Nikaz, I like both tracks, but I'm quite keen on autopolis lakeside because it's completely new to me and it's certainly challenging with all the tight corners.
