Fritz Chess Benchmark/Super PI Thread 2010

due to hard drive failure :( i've decided to go ahead and strip my machine (the one in my sig) in preparation of building my new rig once the 6 core cpu's come out, so in the mean time i have built myself a little something to tide me over and then use as a spare rig after i get my new one built so here it is benchmarked for ya's :)

Said I'd be back :)
Here's my new laptop at stock (reason the CPU-Z seems a bit wierd is because its a mobile I7 and the cores keep going up and down with turboboost when set to High Performance Power Mode rather than balanced!)
So technically 4 cores loaded = 2GHz as the clock speed :)

I'd say its not too shabby for a laptop, especially as I haven't even got the unlocked (overclockable) BIOS yet :D

Where the Athlon X3s & X4s results? Or no one is buying them (possible next upgrade)?
i benched an athlon II x4 620 @ stock for the list, it's sitting in 80th position in the most recent list on this page (post no.484)
i think i'm the only one who has benched an athlon x3 or x4 for the chart :(

New watercooled system put together. Spec in sig.

Not bad for a £45 members market buy. First time ever my cooler has cost me more than my motherboard! Although the vdroop is pretty bad even with load line calibration on; 1.398v in bios to get a solid 1.375v.
Bios is the latest ud2 beta bios available on their site, so probably why it's not showing the mobo details.

Yeh, stable enough, 1.33v iirc for vtt. Could get it to post into windows on problem with the cpu @ 1.3v actual but needed to push it higher for stability as Fritz was just crashing. Haven't got the memory at the right timinings yet tho either so will re-bench soon.

woohoo i managed to break 3k in fritz on socket 939 :D

Athlon 64 x2 3800+ @ 2.7
Abit AN8-V
fsb - 270
vcore 1.396

Super Pi - 32.765
Fritz - 3033 :D

i think that's going to stay the fastest skt 939 until someone comes along with a x2 4600+ or a FX60 :)

is anybody going to bench one of their lovely amd 1055t's or 1090t's @ 4ghz for this ?

i would love to see what they are able to do in fritz as i think they may give the i7's a run for their money.

This thread just proves to me how useless SuperPi is as a bench these days, because there are 1090Ts in here at 3.9ghz that are slower than my 965BE at 4.0ghz. It should have thrashed it!

On Fritz however it hammered my little 965 quite comprehensively. :P
