What made the deal even sweeter was that he was only 20 miles from me, so I made him an offer on the condition that he would ride it to my house and I would drive him back home, which he accepted... worked well as I picked up the origonal exhaust and a few other bits as he was 'retiring' from biking.

He tells me since then he has been flooded with offers over his asking price... if this is true or not I will never know....

I picked my first big bike up yesterday its a GSX600F, Its on a 98 plate but apart from a couple of scraches here and there which ill get done soon its in top condition, I cant get off it

That's in very good nick, mate

My F1 has done 30K, but is still going like a good 'un

EDIT: seat cowl removed for GF pillioning, and that screen was destroyed by a pigeon

so it's got the original clear one back on now.

Ooh I like the new colour. I had one of these in the "I look a bit like a GSXR" colour scheme as a courtesy bike, I like your colour lots more.

EDIT: Oh! It's just the fairing lowers that are different. And the engine bits, forks etc. being black. Noice.

Yeh I prefer the blue/silver than the '08 blue/white/orange. The blue is also a lighter metalic blue than the '08 colours
