That snowstorm icon set looks pretty good on a black setup mrk!
Do you already have a post with links on how to get it looking like that? Quite fancy something similiar on my One X now

Left screen - APW widgets with pro license key with the modern ICS skin
Middle screen - weather widget with the built in tick skin and custom text colour, agenda widget and shortcut text icons
Right screen - power toggle widget, notes/tasks widget
Lastly the launcher is Apex
With these dock icons (again made by mrk):
Just need to transfer those icons onto the mobile SD card section and hold down on the dock icons and choose "apply icon/picture without cropping" then navigate using the gallery and select the required icon.

I am just going to upload the backed up setting for one of those widgets, which you can restore and use and change to your liking if you want

Those widgets are just simply static text boxes with 2 different text types applied and then custom font colour etc. for each type of text with a basic shortcut attached to them.
Here is a small guide to some of the basic stuff:

Basically all you need is the custom layout part, where you add the static text and add stuff like battery readings etc. then choose the text type and change those settings i.e. the colour etc.
You may need to remove some of the spaces from one of the static boxes in order to make it look "right" regarding how even it looks etc.
And of course you just have to change the static text to what you want and the app that is launched when the widget is clicked on.
