We'll do well to shift Walcott before the transfer window closes, then there's the problem of replacing him.

I've read some talk that Arsenal aren't too concerned about replacing him and that they already have replacements. The problem I see in selling Walcott is where is he going to go? There was talk that Chelsea were in for him earlier in the window but given who they've signed, I can't see that still being the case. Other than that, the only club that's been linked and I could imagine being after him is Liverpool but as above, I can't see us being able to better the offer Arsenal have given him.

Think he means Fulham are, so basically Richardson will be dembele's replacement

No, we need wingers. More likely cover for the left side behind Riise/possibly Dempsey's replacement. Briggs will most likely go out on loan, imagine if Richardson is true he will be part of the Dempsey deal if there is one.

If Dempsey/Dembele both go in this window...good lord. Zamora, Dempsey, AJ, Dembele and Murphy within 9 months - pretty much 5 of our starting 11.

Have to feel for Fulham if they sell Dempsey as well. With him and Dembele they are a pretty decent side pushing top 8, but without them I think they will be looking over their shoulder rather than up. I also would have thought Utd would be in for Dembele as he would suit them down to the ground and at 15M (release clause) its hardly a massive amount by today's standards.

There is no confirmation of a release clause. Two sides of the contract details being there is a release clause in his final year, and also a clause to extend by another year. Not sure which of the two is true.

If it happens I'm sorry to say both Spurs and Liverpool have done better business in this transfer window than us :(

EDIT: luckily they're both still a bit rubbish though :p

What?

Manchester United signed one of the most promising young players in the world (Kagawawawa) and the Leagues top goal scorer?

Plus another promising young player, oh and that left back?

Bloody 'woe is us' Manchester United fans because they don't get everything they wanted.
