6 posts and every one is rude. People here will help everyone who asks. I use a few forums but my first rule of thumb is to read the forum rules, so as to not break rules (or at least try not to). You are more than welcome to add your views offer advice or ask advice but chill out bud :)

Thank you pgi947 for your kindly reply to my question, how far safely can you go on Trixx by turning up the GPU/MEM/VDDC without frying or destroying your cards or set up? And if so the FPS you gain would be around 5-10fps if i am right in saying so?
 
Thanks geeman1979 does that apply to my cards as i have the ones with the dual Bios switch and i have already changed the switch to the 6970 position on both cards?

About that yeah, have a look at the thread geeman linked too, you can ignore the part about unlocking shaders if you're not confident your cards will unlock.

iirc from my 6950's (locked shaders) 880/1350 was a realistic target with 1.2v
 
OK that's about what i have at the moment CORE CLK 800 STOCK TO 880 TOP'S, MEM 1250 stock, 1325 to 1380 top's VDDC 1100, stock 1100 to 1175 max, Temps 46c at idle 62c at 3DMARK11 or full power. Yes i think will leave the shaders only and just OC using Trixx my friend.
