I think one thing is certain here. These cards do not over clock well if you are trying to clock past boost levels. In some ways that is a shame, in others ways its a good thing for people who just want maximum power out of the box. I hope to god that i get a good chip!!

my opinion 1080 is overclock pretty well compare with 980 ti

for 980Ti base clock is 1000Mhz and good cards overclocked to 1450-1500Mhz

for 1080 base clock is 1607Mhz and from reviews and users it overclocked around 2050-2100Mhz

so both cards are the same overclocked 450-500Mhz more from base clock

Which is a smaller percentage increase on 1080's meaning they don't overclock as well.

Thought I would add this here and if you could add me to the list Kaap, that would be appreciated. I rushed this a bit but still happy with how it turned out and lots more testing to come and comparisons.

Great video Gregster.

For the Division test was it with standard Ultra settings with vsync off? Also do you have your CPU overclocked?

Last question :) Are your cards using pcix 3.0 or 2.0 in GPUZ?

Yep, standard Ultra settings (so people can run the comparison on their own hardware to gauge performance easily) and my 3930K is at 4.4Ghz.

And 2.0 in GPU-Z for some reason but probably not reading it correctly.

Cheers Jedi and far too hot today for that :D
