So far i'm loving it. The fans are a little loud but with headphones it becomes nothing. Also sure I get coil whine during some speeds which is annoying. First Nvidia card and pretty happy with it tbh

The fans are loud? I though it was suppose to be one of the quietest 1070s around? I wonder if the BIOS update which increased the fan speed was counter productive?

I am not sure I would want to buy a card after it has been abused as described in some of those tests. :eek:

That's what I think it is.

I don't really play a lot of FPS's other than Overwatch, so is it worth getting a 144hz monitor? I'm tempted just to go for 1440p.

OK guys... My current AMD card is near death so I have to buy a new card sooner than I planned - Now!

Not particularly fussed about super over clocking, more interested in quiet and reliable and warranty.

I've never really OC'd a GPU before, how does this fair? Anything over 160 and it crashes Heaven

Im not familiar with EVGA precision but is there no way to alter the voltage ?

Heres my Afterburner load settings with much higher core, maybe download AB and try with higher volts !
