I may pop into town tomorrow and get 100 each of big plates, little plates, knives, forks, teaspoons. I've got some paper napkins already somewhere, so I'll try find some of those. They're all easy and light to carry, so hopefully Garp's car will still have room, although I now have six bags...

Camping bag (tent/airbed/mallet/pump).
Sleeping bag.
Chair.
'Living' bag.
Coolbag.
Laptop.

I guess I wasn't joking when I said Garp could take my luggage and leave me behind. :D

Hmmm.. this could indeed be interesting by the time you whack in my sleeping bag, tent, rucksack and guitar.. all of this squeezing into the back of a Corsa?!
Methinks I'll be a bit full!

*pondering* If I take out the parcel shelf, and drop the rear seats I probably can do it though. Not certain about the chair though.

It wouldn't harm if any of the other folks heading down the M4 could try to ensure they've got space for Beserker to sit, or space for some stuff to go in their car, just in case we need it.

I'll have plenty of space in my car if any is needed.

Edit: we have 200 plastic cups ready and waiting :)

Just for reminder re cups :)

They are about 3/4 of a pint in size, none of these piddly little ones :)

Yep, same here... there should be some space left in the focus, if you aren't sure mail me and I'll send you my number

Chair is very roughly 90cm x 10cm x 10cm (36"x4"x4"). If that gives any idea. Like I've said before, if it has to stay behind, so be it. Something to sit on would be a good idea though. :)

I deliberately got a small coolbag, rather than a big coolbox, so that'll help. Laptop bag isn't big either. T'other three bags will be the ones causing the problems, if any.

Are these designed for hot or cold drinks? (i.e. plastic or polystyrene type). Does make a difference. :)

Been told they're fine for both - they will distort with hot in them but will be ok (clear placcy ones)

Edit: Jhadur has just told me they are made from APET

Ah, here we go:
Actually its a fair point its not that hard to find at all

Go to Swansea, follow the M4 (this road actually starts in civilization i.e. 'London' but they do charge you £4.80 to enter the Sheepland theme park when you get to the Severn Bridge) Follow it till it ends at Point Abraham, then transfer to the A48 go through Carmarthen and at St Clears roundabout transfer to the A477, stay on this road following the signs to Pembroke, after Milton take left hand turn A4075 to Pembroke until you hit a roundabout (well not literally hit it but arrive at it).

Take the 2nd exit (straight ahead) which goes down a hill and then turns sharp right at the bottom past the school on your left. Take the left hand turn St Daniels Road (B4319) and follow this off into the wilds of the Pembroke National Park. Eventually (after about 4 miles) this road goes past St Petrox church on your right and bends left down a hill, the house has a concealed driveway and is the first left hand turn you come to after the church, its not far, if you come to another junction marked St Twynnells after the church then you have gone too far

I'll try to put a sign or balloon or something up opposite the entrance so you don't miss it.

For those of you with Sat Nav or PC based mapping software

Those will do nicely I would think. I guess the coffee drinkers will be bringing appropriate cups with them anyway. Doesn't worry me as I don't drink coffee. :)

Hmmmm the more I rread this thread and the more prepared you all seem to be the happier I am that I'll have a back door key :)

I haven't got anything, actually thats not true I have a ponco which H made for me and a tent and sleeping bags etc.

I've got a few clear plastic pint cups myself, but they have an annoying habit of splitting, so I'll not be bringing those.

As I don't drink alcoholic, I'll bring about a dozen cans of coke/lemonade/dr. pepper with me, and resupply on the Saturday. I'd like to bring something a bit more 'special', but as I can't guarantee a cool place, I'd better not.

What's your take on the cutlery situation Matt? Are we all bringing our own, or should a few of us (who don't mind of course) just bring lots?

Oh, and I wouldn't worry about what you've potentialy forgotten. I'm sure most of us will forget one or two bits, but I'm sure we will set a good example and share stuff when neccesary :)
