2 different games!!! Not sure why mods moved my other thread  The thread I created was for the original game Ultimate edition which is PC only the sequel is multiplatform & no confirmed release date yet!!!

Utlimate Edition PC only now confirmed for Aug 27th in US Aug 30th EU. This is a superb God Of War/Shadow Of The Colossus style action game with terrific artwork (Patrick Stewart provides one of the key character voiceovers) well worth buying on PC as the console versions had FPS issues due to how large some of the bosses were & the environments in places are ambitious but superb looking :D

If you have a monster PC trust me this game will stress it to the max!!!!!

Steam have the pre-order page up now but its also coming to retail its quite a big game comes on 2 DVD's on X360. PC will be the same I should think if not slightly larger.

Just FYI its also an Nvidia sponsored TWIMTBP title!

Finished it and all the dlc on the 360 a while ago and commented to my bro how a pc version would be stunning if they made some effort.
Im hoping they improve the graphics on the pc as the 360 version was stunning for a console but a high res pc version Should be fantastic.
Great game.

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow

Can I just say, I'm so happy I could cry...

27th August... I'm probably the biggest fan of this one game, I have completed it countless times on the 360. I absolutely ADORE this game.

Just thought I would share this...

I'm going to go sequel like a giddy girl and run around the house.

I played this in the PS3 and it was amazing, some ropey gameplay elements here and there but overall a solid 8/10. Hopefully the poor frame rate will be eliminated on the PC version as will the jaggies:)

The only let down on this was the DLC and the insanely difficult boss on the second instalment:mad:

For some reason I never got round to buying this game. I'll definitely be getting it when it arrives on steam.

Also the next game looks amazing, after seeing the trailer it reminded me to play the first :)

Had this for the PS3 and never did finish it as it had some awful fps in places, but what I did play was pretty good..

Seems like quite a few the older consoles games now making its way over to PC... Its all good if you ask me.

Steam demo has been out for a bit game looks ok for 3 years old. All these are ingame images :D This game will be received on PC like Alan Wake why the long wait but its the best version of all & PC is its natural home due to smooth FPS & more detailed gfx.

Its a hack n slash action adventure God Of War/Ico/Shadow Of The Collossus clone but takes all the best bits of those classics & takes it to the next level  a lot of this game is jaw droppingly good ;) & the voice cast is amazing (Patrick Stewart is one of the main characters).

Played the demo a few days ago. Looks so much better on the PC but I already have the PS3 version and over halfway through. Think I give this version a miss.

Did you not notice the massive FPS drops it goes to around 10FPS in several places especially the massive boss battles the consoles simply cannot handle this game

Yep, especially during that big boss battle in the snow. Playing that then going to God of War 3 shows the game could have been optimised that bit more.

I always wanted to get this on Xbox, but ended up holding out for a PC release.

Will pick this up when it's out. Everything at maximum in 1080p doesn't massively stress my PC (i7 860, AMD 6770, 8GB Ram) to be honest so doesn't need a beast of a PC to run.

I've not heard hugely positive things about how the sequel is shaping up though :(
