When You Were Young ... http://music.islandrecords.com/www2...v_link_group_id=52&av_type_id=1&cms_site_id=2

About time too! Loved Hot Fuss and can't wait for this...release date hasn't been set yet..but oooohh.

When You Were Young took a couple of listens...but I LIKE :)

cannot wait either, hot fuss was one of the albums of the year for me last year, although the last few tracks werent as good as the earlier tracks, but still a brilliant album nonetheless. Shouldnt be long now, although may wait for the new oc series in usa so they can get some free publicity like before.

I'll reserve judgement, the second album from a band is always a tell-tale sign of whether they're great or not imo :)

I heard first week in October for a release date - but I dunno how truthful that is.

psssst. Hot Fuss came out in 2004.

They're finally releasing a new album then, instead of rereleasing all the singles off Hot Fuss?

It's not bad, sounds very 80s. Reminds me of Bon Jovi.

Was said on radio1 this moring the single is out on 18th Sept and the album in october so sounds right with the above.

lol yes true sorry, doesnt seem like so long ago it came out. so i should change my statement to be album of 2004 :P

anybody know when they might annouce a tour, hope its not next summer, I'd love to go see these guys live, I must have sung Mr Brightside about 500 times while I was out in the bars in Magaluf, oh the memories.

I read a review of Hot fuss once that said "one half of the album is quite possibly the best album of all time, the other half is quite possibly the worst"

I enjoyed all of it apart from indie rock and roll.

imo all of hot fuss was awesome, the album is out on 2nd/3rd october, a month away. the new song sounded a bit wierd at first but then after a few listens its awesome, cant wait for album

The only one I skip Believe Me Natalie. Bores the pants off me. Can't wait for the new album.

Absolutely love "When You Were Young". Have heard it quite a few times on the radio in the past 2 days and its really growing on me.

NME were the ones who announced it was a one sided album I believe, I have to disagree as 'On Top' is my favourite track, and the second half of the album is full of decent tracks.
Hot Fuss was a really fun album, really liked listening to it and it had a few huge tracks. I hope Sam's Town can be as good, and they don't stray too far from Hot Fuss to try and prove their 'musical range and talent' as a lot of bands do on their second album :/

Can anyone else wait for the second Killers Album! I can't :( I REALLY love the new track and want the album now!!!!!!!!!

Hoping to get tickets to see them soon as well  :D

Just pre-ordered this last night, looking forward to it.

When's the release date, this month some time isn't it?
