ahh great stuff, i've got one of them lying around

although... i didn't order a case or a dock, so i'll have to see how usable that combo is...

(never been one for cases, i'm more for leaving awesome devices such as iphones and ipads as apple intended... why hide something that looks so good? - i've never put anything protective on my iphone and 2 years down the line and it still looks fine

Is anyone going iPad Wifi + Mifi route? Just looking at the prices and its cheaper than the 3G iPad and you can use the Mifi on multiple devices on the go.

What is o2's data policy for an iphone simplicity sim? I think I have "unlimited data" but whats the actual FUP for this?

There isn't one. They'll probably send you a nasty letter if you go mental though.

EVH - What would you say "mental" is? Couple of GB a month?

Do they definately send a letter before imposing restrictions?

I have the 3 Mifi on PAYG.1GB for £10,3GB for £15 and 7GB for £25 valid for 30 days.With my iphone I cannot get a 3G signal at home or where I work (only GPRS) but the 3 mifi has a strong signal at home and a reasonable one at work.At home I can get 2.6mb/s download and 1.4mb/s upload

I'd say >10GB. Who knows, I've never heard of anyone being capped.

Yes, they'd have to inform you if you'd broken the terms of the service.

is anyone else getting a 16gb one how much do you think it will hold , are they upgradable? will it only play movies downloaded from itunes or can a connect a usb lead a load in avi movies to watch?

The UK one is unlocked, i asked the guy in the apple store today.

I am going to pick up a 3G one at launch, then decide which network i am going to get the sim card from.
