They're not getting any demo units until Monday 28th May (they get demo units the same day it goes on sale).

Cant see why people are going mad over the Dodo cases, they look very bulky.
Im looking for a case before i buy mine, that is like my work folder. So the ipad sits on one side, a notepad on the other, and is preferably 'zippable'.

People at work are already bagsy'ing a go on mine, so they can decide whether to order one! My person in the State should be bringing it on Friday, ash permitting...

im really torn between what case to get, order the apple one and get it sooner than any other, or order the dodo case which seems to be better and get it a few weeks later, or wait for the clam case which seems to be top of the range.

Took mine into work the day after getting it, was extremely annoying having people coming up asking to have a look/go! Bloody thing was covered in mucky fingerprints

We have a couple of demo units at my work and also a friend of mine just came back from 3 months in California with one. Have to admit, as much as I thought it was a pointless thing to bring out, after lots of playing I am now a convert...and wish I had a need for one now lol

My friend also has the case for it, which I thought was quite nice and didn't make it seem too bulky, to me at least.

Ok I am now a very confused Bunny , I stayed up on Sunday Night / Monday Morning and ordered my 32GB 3G version at 00:45 on Monday morning ,

Will I be getting it on the 29th of May or the 7th of June ?

It should say on your invoice you will receive your goods on or before 28th May.

I wonder if we'll see similar, over exuberant, queues outside Apple Stores on the 28th? I seriously doubt it. The queues maybe, but not the over exuberance as that's not something we Brits do too well (thank ****)

Given that the USA stores still don't have stock to just wander in and get one, I'd be very surprised if we have decent stock at launch.
