It's looking really nice though! No analogue input though which is odd!

heck of a resolution! maybe a little too big imo for a desktop display, certainly nice for multimedia though, no doubt about that

Lacks the connectivity of a decent multimedia screen though...kinda nullifies it for most. I would love to one for solid modelling and such, but for more than one source at a time it'd get annoying, quickly.

At £1250, somehow I don't think so!

Could pick up a nice big LCD or plasma TV for that money and end up with more inputs than the 3007WFP. You're sacrificing resolution a bit, but for that price you must be crazy!

Erm

A Decent 1280x720 32" screen is a grand. A resolution like that is a nice bit of engineering, and only £250 more than a normal res screen? Seems good to me

part of me is a bit annoyed that it doesnt have as many inputs as my 2405, but saying that i'd still have it over this. its not on the UK web site yet, but when it is i may be tempted.

also £1250 seems like not a bad price, plus consider that they'll probably knock 150 quid or something off it in the first 6 months, or maybe more depending on how the prices of lcd's go in 2006. some people predict that this is the year high end screens will be available for under a grand.

this seems like the ideal size for a media centre pc for the bedroom. a good size, and looks big from the distance of the bed. very nice.

Been sat around for 6 months now debating what screen too get and when i finally decide on the 2405 this pops its head up. I do a lot of 3d and video work and this would be amazing for it at that rez. Is there gonna be a 24" version though?

Shift+F5 is your friend ;)

Its there for £1300 - pretty good price for that kinda desktop real estate - tho you could buy 2 2405FPW for around the same price

P.S. Whats a 9-in-2 card reader?!? :p

ps3ud0
