LOL it was a 3 pointer a gamble on what I thougth was common, but upto now some of the mos common ones seem to have been avoided.
Apparantly only ASDA sell it atm.

Really struggled to find anything so ended up with this

lol ahleckz had emailed me today regarding another matter and expressed a slight concern over his selected choice beer, looks like he was right too, seriously unlucky there, they have a decent selection so glad to see so many entry's form there brewery as they are a fantastic brewery.

This is something I've been musing over for some time - how the points system works and what you'd have to do to play the system to your own ends. You can't knock others out by just getting obscure beers since either a) your opponents will always have unique beers themselves or b) would have the same as you. Either way you both end up on the same points. The only way to get ahead would be to second-guess what their beer would be and convince someone else to get the same... and have a different unique beer yourself. A lot of work!

Alternatively, buy the most common beer you can think of from that country knowing no-one else would possibly consider it. But who would do that?

lol aye seems as though there would be a lot of gamble involved, you would have to be pretty daring to take a hit on points to get a common beer and ruffle feathers, those missed points may come back to haunt you.

and yes who would buy common beers in a sea obscure craft beers, hmmmmm

they do tend to be sit back and savour beers rather than session beers, hope you enjoyed it though.
