News is useless. Are we talking, broken leg, or suspected life threatening injury. You'd think they at least manage to source that...

Edit: Seems they have now updated it to include 'serious head injury'

The seven-time Formula 1 champion has reportedly been taken to a French hospital with a 'serious head injury'.

Looks like it could be a serious head injury..

Wouldn't be news for any other skier. Sky Sports News said that the injury was uncertain.

5 live mentioned he had a head injury due to hitting a rock. Thankfully he was wearing a helmet at the time.

The OP link literally said MS taken to hospital in a skiing accident and said nothing else, nothing about head or serious.
Then it was updated to head injury.

"It may be a head injury but it is not very serious."

Really? Erm, he was skiiing and fell over? Or was it a hit and run and are in the process of finding the skier who failed to stop at an accident

In most countries with large ski resorts it's an offence to ski off after an accident without leaving details with the ski patrol.
