A gain of 100 fps when going to 2 cards from 39 fps to 139 fps is a bit off really. Something not right there

AFR friendly improves the FPS dramatically and offers near perfect Crossfire scaling until four cards, whereas the default SOM profile offers less gains but smoother performance. It does not work in single gpu mode though. Kaap will be able to test and confirm using his Fury X's.

So you are saying that 1 card gave you 39 fps and using AFR friendly added 100 fps to bring it to 139 fps using 2 cards? That comes across as fishy to me.

Yup, the info is there so people can test for themselves. No negative side effects to using AFR Friendly either other than a bit more stuttering during the bench sequence and some menu flickering.

Interesting. I think I will start using LOD and things for bench threads then if your score is allowed, as you are modifying settings.

I've only changed the CrossFire profile from the default profile to AFR Friendly as it gives perfect CrossFire scaling. The results and method are there if Kaap wants to check. No image quality tweaks were made aside from frame pacing off and standard texture quality.

But you have gone from 39 fps to 139 fps. Sorry but that isn't perfect scaling, that is questionable scaling to me, as that is effectively running the same as 3.5 Fury Xs but only using 2 cards. Something definitely up with that.

Anyways, not my shout and Kaap can decide what to do but something is wrong there as perfect scaling would be 78 fps.
