No he doesn't. If you read his earlier post he had a VM senior tech bring his laptop round and got consistent speeds of 99Mb+ download.

He is asking for advice on what could be slowing his connection on his computer

P.S. Did you try TCP optimiser (get it here http://www.speedguide.net/files/TCPOptimizer.exe)? Also I presume all of your drivers are up to date?

just tested my 50mb with giganews speedtest, gave me 16011 kbps

sorry like i've said speedtest websites rarely give me full 50mb speedtest (6.2mbps that it)

only place give me full 50mb speed (6.2mbps transfer) is usenet
