Its basically the same as an s1 rallye, all the same running gear, just with a few extras such as electric windows, and soundproofing, making it slightly heavier.
Slightly larger 1.4 engine, still makes 94bhp (compared to the other 1.4's in the range which make about 75) and revs to 7000 more torque than the 1.3 though. When teamed with a short ratio gearbox (only ever so slightly longer than s1 rallye box) makes for a pretty enjoyable drive.
Don't feel dissapointed would easily be able to hold its own against a rallye.
If i get it fixed, I will be stripping it out, hopefully get some buckets and a cage in and take it on the track. Need to concentrate on my exams and uni at the moment though.
