ntl can pretty much guarantee the 10 meg speed.

ntl can guarantee a 10Mbit connection to the green box in the same way that 2Mbit (or whatever) can be guaranteed to the BT exchange with ADSL.

Neither of those 'guarantees' mean anything with regards to actual download/throughput speeds though.

I have the 512k upload, so i thik i have the new config file, i just cant get the download speed. :confused:

I manage to do that on my zen 1 meg connection.
